The Land of Odd has an extensive garden that offers all kinds of goodies throughout the growing season. Due to the fact that The Land of Odd is a natural sand prairie surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of wilderness, there are a lot of critters to contend with such as deer, rabbits, moles, gophers, caterpillars, aphids, and all manner of other creatures. But there's an easy solution, just grow things they don't like.. A large variety of heirloom tomatoes, peppers, onions, potatoes, and herbs are pretty much resistant to all of these hurdles and since everything is set on a timed irrigation system, in raised beds, the gardens pretty much take care of themselves.
If you come to an event at The Land of Odd or participate in an Eat the Neighborhood event with one of our restaurant partners, you will get to taste some of the bounty from our prolific gardens.
